Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how XMR Enterprises Inc. handles information connected with CARealtorStudy.com.

Last updated: September 3, 2026

1. Who we are

CARealtorStudy.com is an independent educational website operated by XMR Enterprises Inc. for adults preparing for California real estate exams. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the California Department of Real Estate.

Privacy questions and requests can be sent to CARealtorStudy@gmail.com.

2. What this policy covers

This policy applies to information associated with your use of CARealtorStudy.com, including the public study chapters, glossary, flashcards, quizzes, simulations, progress tools, and related pages. It does not apply to third-party websites or services that we link to, which have their own privacy policies.

3. Information we collect

The site does not require an account, sign-up, login, payment, or subscription. We do not ask you to submit your name, address, or study results to use the study tools.

Information you choose to send

If you email us, we receive the email address, message, attachments, and other information you choose to include. We use that information to respond to your request and maintain communications about it.

Information stored in your browser

Study progress is stored locally in your browser so the site can remember your completed sections, mastered flashcards, quiz answers and sessions, simulation results, and related progress. Your light or dark mode preference is also stored locally. This information is not sent to XMR Enterprises Inc. by the study app. Clearing the site’s browser storage removes this locally saved information; the site’s progress controls can also reset study progress.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, our hosting and third-party services may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, pages viewed, approximate location, referring page, and timestamps. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies to measure site usage. Google AdSense may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver, personalize, and measure advertising. These services process information under their own policies and settings.

If Replit-hosted analytics is enabled for the published website, it may also record pageviews and anonymous custom events about study-tool usage, such as starting or completing a quiz, marking study content, completing a simulation, or opening an official resource link. These events do not include question text, answer choices, study answers, email addresses, or other free-form personal content.

4. Third-party services

The site currently uses the following third-party services:

  • Google Analytics: measures traffic and usage patterns so we can understand and improve the site. Google may receive technical and usage information about visits. See the Google Privacy Policy.
  • Google AdSense: supports advertising on the site. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to show and measure personalized or non-personalized ads, depending on available settings and applicable requirements. See Google’s advertising settings information.
  • Google Fonts: supplies the Inter font used by the site. Your browser may send technical request information, such as your IP address, to Google when loading the font.
  • Replit-hosted analytics: when enabled for the published website, measures pageviews and anonymous study-tool interactions so we can understand how the free study resources are used. The tracker is provided through the published site’s hosting environment.

5. How information is used

Information may be used to:

  • Provide, maintain, and secure CARealtorStudy.com.
  • Remember study preferences and progress on your device.
  • Understand traffic and improve content, navigation, and study tools.
  • Display and measure advertising.
  • Respond to messages you send us.
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect the site and its users.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

The site uses browser local storage for study progress and the theme preference. Google Analytics and Google AdSense may use cookies or similar technologies for measurement and advertising. Replit-hosted analytics may use its own measurement technology when enabled for the published site. Your browser settings can usually block or delete cookies and local storage, but doing so may prevent progress and preferences from being remembered and may affect site functionality.

We do not use a site account cookie or authentication cookie because the site does not require accounts. Browser and third-party privacy controls may also be available through your browser, Google account, or Google’s advertising settings.

7. How information is shared

We share information with service providers that help operate analytics, advertising, fonts, hosting, and communications. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to legal process, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, or support a business transfer.

We do not sell your locally stored study progress. Because advertising services can use information for personalized advertising, some privacy laws may treat certain advertising-related disclosures as a sale or sharing of personal information. You can use available browser, device, and Google controls, or contact us using the address in this policy with questions about your rights.

8. Retention and security

Study progress and theme preferences remain in your browser until you clear them or reset them. Email communications are retained only as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records, resolve issues, and meet legal obligations. Analytics and advertising providers determine their own retention periods under their policies.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures for the information we control. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

9. Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information; to opt out of certain advertising-related sale or sharing; and to receive information about how personal information is used. California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended.

To submit a privacy request, email CARealtorStudy@gmail.com. Please describe your request and provide enough information for us to verify and respond to it. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. You may also manage cookies, local storage, and advertising preferences through your browser, device, and applicable third-party controls.

10. Children and minors

CARealtorStudy.com is intended for adults age 18 and older and is not directed to children or minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review the request and take appropriate action.

The site links to official California resources and other third-party websites. We do not control their content, security, cookies, or privacy practices. Review the privacy policy of each external site before providing information or relying on its services.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices, services, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the site after an update means you have had an opportunity to review the revised policy.
